A local, international pharmaceutial company needed one of their buildings to be fitted with removable wall panels to the inside perimeter walls.  The walls had to have the facility to be wiped down, whilst maintaining a finished to a high specification.

CW Facilities Management provided and fitted metal stud partitions anchored off the building with stud uprights at 1200mm wide intervals. We fixed white melamine boards to the stud with screws and joist and covered with a white powder coated trim with a plastic insert fitted to cover the screw fixings. This enabled the plastic insert, trims/boards to be removed.
We then supplied and fitted a cap and cove vinyl floor to the walls, which in turn would stop the removal of wall panels.
We achieved this finish by developing a floor cove which was jointed, 100mm from the edge of the wall boards and then welded to a finish. This gave us scope to cut along the weld and take up the 100mm of flooring instead of damaging the whole floor area.
The end result was a wall system that can be taken down and re installed as many times as required with very minimal impact.
Hotel Conversion to Residential Property

A hotel in the Cardiff area was being converted to flats and the developers required box frame windows, but could not find a company to manufacture the frame windows within their time frames.

CW Facilities Management were contacted and employed to undertake the work. We visited the site, took a full brief and noted actual window sizes. This enabled us to provide the developer with a detailed building programme, scheduling the  works which was approved and signed off. The programme provided a comprehensive delivery schedule for the windows, giving the developer a just in time delivery, essential due to the logistics of the site.
During the course of installation, alterations to the programme arose due to changes to windows openings.
CW Facilities Management successfully manufactured and provided 158 windows on time and to budget.
